To ensure a smooth claims process,
know your responsibilities:

  • Perform standard vehicle maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, alignments and brake pad replacements.
  • Verify with a mechanic that your vehicle is free and clear of pre-existing conditions prior to purchasing a vehicle service plan.
  • Contact your plan administrator at the first sign of symptoms. Continuing to drive on failing parts may cause further damage that may not be covered.
  • If you decide to sell your car, contact us. We will ensure that your plan is terminated and help you cover your new car!
