    Vehicle service plans provide protection beyond manufacturer or powertrain warranties. In addition to comprehensive parts and labor coverage, these plans may include benefits like roadside assistance, car rental, travel reimbursement and towing. Instead of footing the entire bill for an unexpected breakdown, vehicle service plans offer a range of deductibles, allowing you to determine how much you want to pay for repairs.

    The maintenance services and parts described In the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule for your vehicle including Engine Tune-Up, (Includes Spark Plugs, Glow Plugs, Ignition Wires, Distributor Cap and Rotor), All Batteries (Including But Not Limited To: Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Batteries), Filters, Lubricants Or Fluids, Air Conditioning Refrigerant, Engine Coolant, All Hoses and Belts (Not Specifically Listed), Wiper Blades, Brake Pads and Shoes, Brake Rotors and Drums, Suspension Alignment.

    Platinum Plus:
    The maintenance services and parts described In the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule for your vehicle including Engine Tune-Up, (Includes Spark Plugs, Glow Plugs, Ignition Wires, Distributor Cap and Rotor), Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Batteries, Filters, Lubricants Or Fluids, Air Conditioning Refrigerant, Engine Coolant, Brake Shoes, Brake Rotors and Drums, Suspension Alignment.

    Price and coverage do not change for 36 months after the effective date. In 36 months from the effective date your price will be re-evaluated using your vehicle age and mileage at that time.* Check out our coverage page for more details.

  • What do I need to get a quote for my vehicle?expand_more
    Getting an online quote is easy. Just provide your VIN, zip code and current mileage. Don't know your VIN? No problem. We make it easy to enter your vehicle's year, make and model.

    We'll show you what deductible options are available for your plan during the checkout process.
  • Are aftermarket parts covered with this plan?expand_more
    No, aftermarket parts are not covered. In fact, custom aftermarket parts may prevent claims from being approved.

  • Can I modify my payment type?expand_more
    Yes, you can modify your payment type anytime by logging into your ForeverCar account.
  • Does ForeverCar charge a finance fee?expand_more
    Payments are made every month and there are no interest or financing charges from ForeverCar.
  • Can I cancel my plan at any time?expand_more
    Yes, your plan can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel your Vehicle Service Plan within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund.
  • Why is an inspection required?expand_more
    So we can offer you high quality products at reasonable prices. We don’t want our honest customers to have higher prices to cover the costs of serving customers who join with pre-existing conditions.
  • How does the inspection work?expand_more
    ForeverCar arranges the inspection for your while you’re on the phone with us, and ForeverCar pays for the inspection. After the inspection, we receive a copy of the report and call you to discuss the results.
  • Can I schedule my own inspection?expand_more
    We have to use our trusted providers. We can check to see if your preferred mechanic is on our list, otherwise we’ll suggest the mechanic that is closest to your ZIP code.
  • What happens if my car fails?expand_more
    If your vehicle fails inspection, you will either have the opportunity to get repairs made and then the vehicle reinspected, or we can move forward with coverage without covering components that failed. Your concierge will answer questions specific to your vehicle’s inspection.

    24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance
    Up to $100 per occurrence. Includes towing, battery jump start, fluid delivery, flat tire assistance and lock-out service.

  • Where and how do I get repairs?expand_more
    Present your vehicle service agreement to the licensed repair facility of your choice before they begin repairs. This includes dealer service centers, franchise repair centers and most independent repair shops. Once your mechanic receives authorization that your repair is covered they will proceed with service. When your service is complete, simply pay your deductible and drive on.
  • Do I need service records for every claim?expand_more
    Not every claim requires maintenance or service records. However, there are some maintenance-related claims that may require service records.
  • How many claims can I file?expand_more
    There is typically no limit to the number of claims that can be filed in a given coverage period. However, there are sometimes monetary value limitations when claims exceed a certain value. Consult your vehicle service agreement for more details.
  • How much do I pay for covered repairs?expand_more
    Our vehicle service plans allow you to customize the amount of the deductible after you choose a plan. That means you can choose what you pay for covered repairs. Deductible choices are $0, $100, $250 or $500 for Platinum Plus, Platinum and Gold plans. Deductible choices are $100, $250 or $500 for Silver plans.
  • What if I need a rental car?expand_more
    Your plan includes a rental car reimbursement benefit of up to $35 per day (5 day maximum, 10 day maximum for parts delay). Available on the first day of a covered repair.
  • Do plans include emergency roadside assistance and towing?expand_more
    Yes, all plans include emergency roadside assistance and towing benefits, up to $100 per occurrence. Includes towing, battery jump start, fluid delivery, flat tire assistance and lock-out service.
